Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova, Mykola Skrypkovskyi – invited his fellow diplomats of the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova, Turkey, Slovenia, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan to visit the village of Medzhibizh, where they visited the State Historical and Cultural Reserve.
The guests of honor were met by the director of the “Medzhibizh” DIKZ – Oleg Hryhorovych Pohorilets. Foreign diplomats were introduced to the valuable architectural monument of Ukraine – the Medzhibiz castle, and also had a tour of the historical museum and the museum “Memorial to the victims of the Holodomor”, where they had the opportunity to leave their own notes in the book of reviews of the museum.
We deeply appreciate our origin, so the main purpose of this trip was to demonstrate our hospitality to guests from other countries. To tell about the great and tragic events of our country, as well as to convey that Ukraine has always been a state with its own history, language, culture and traditions.
