The second Sunday in May is traditionally celebrated as Mother’s Day.
The word ‘mother’ is the very first word a little person utters. How much warmth, tenderness and affection it contains! Mother is the soul of the world, the basis of life, the symbol of eternal femininity and eternal harmony.
There is no feeling more profound and selfless than a mother’s love. It accompanies us throughout life, warms our hearts and helps us to overcome life’s problems. A mother is the best mentor, a wise counselor, her sensitive heart beats for us, her children.
Dear mothers, today we all, without exception, declare our love for you! May illnesses, worries and cares pass over you, may our respect and admiration for you sustain you every hour, every minute. May every day bring you only light and joy.
Thank you for the brave sons and daughters who courageously defend our homeland during the war. May they all return to their homes alive and healthy!
