Dear paratroopers!
It is a great honor for me to congratulate you on your professional holiday, the Day of Air Assault Forces of the AFU.
Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces is a newly formed branch of the Armed Forces, which, however, has had glorious traditions. AAF is neither fear nor doubt, AAF is where the hardest things are, AAF is those who will fight to the last.
Ukrainian winged infantrymen were among the first to defend our country at the beginning of Russian Federation’s armed aggression. Parachute and airborne units perform complex missions at the most dangerous areas.
You are always first! For no one but you! These slogans are not just words. And the enemy knows it. From the north, to the east and to the south.
We are sure there will be only one final – your victory. There is no need to read the forecasts for that, it is enough to read your oath.
I express my sincere gratitude to all the paratroopers for their service to the Motherland.
Eternal glory and eternal memory to the fallen heroes who gave their lives for the Independence of Ukraine in the new war against Russian aggressor.
Ukrainian people are reliably protected. Determined, brave, strong willed and unbending in spirit fighters. I wish you to always return without losses from the most risky assignments. May your patron saint, Archangel Michael, whose wings adorn your glorious battle banner and beret, protect you and your families.
