Today we remember and honor the event that happened more than a thousand years ago, when Prince Volodymyr consecrated Kyivan Rus. This historical moment laid the foundations of our national spirituality and determined the path of development of our people.
We are proud of our history, our roots, which still permeate each of us. Thanks to the great impulse of unity given to us by Prince Volodymyr the Great, today we have the opportunity to build a modern, developed and European Ukraine.
In the light of this great holiday, I wish that the spiritual power of our people never fades. May faith in a peaceful and invincible Ukraine fill every heart and give us strength to do good.
