Today, March 23, 2022, on the anniversary of the death of the Metropolitan of Khmelnytsky and Kamyanets-Podilsky (Makhota), a funeral service was performed at the tomb of the late Metropolitan, which is located near the Cathedral of St. Andrew the First-Called in Khmelnytsky.
During the service the ruling bishop Pavlo, numerous clergy of Khmelnytsky diocese, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in Khmelnytsky Mykola Skrypkovskiy, representatives of authorities, the public, relatives of the ruler Anthony and parishioners of the cathedral prayed.
Addressing those present, the leader of Khmelnytsky diocese – bishop Pavlo urged to continue to remember the Metropolitan in prayer, because it is a manifestation of our love and gratitude to the memory of Metropolitan for his work on the confirmation of the Ukrainian Local Orthodox Church.
