On October 11 in Kyiv an official visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova Ruslan Bolbocean was held in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine.
The event was attended by representatives of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and foreign ambassadors.
Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in Khmelnytsky Mykola Skrypkovskyi also attended the event.
During the meeting, Ambassador Ruslan Bolbocean expressed gratitude to the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, all ministries of Ukraine, foreign ambassadors and honorary consuls of Moldova in Ukraine for the effective cooperation, support and efforts that have been made to strengthen ties between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
Mykola Skrypkovskyi spoke with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine Bartosz Cichocki, and invited the Ambassador to visit the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in Khmelnytsky.
Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Moldova in Khmelnytsky, Boryspil, Vinnytsia and Lviv, thanked Ruslan Bolbocean for the comprehensive support of the Consulate activities and his significant contribution to the development of Moldovan-Ukrainian relations, wished him well and success in the future.
Also honorary consuls presented Mr. Bolbocean with a painting as a memento of Ukraine.
